Teacher evaluation is not a new phrase to us as teachers of different aspects or domains. It has existed for a long time, and we just don't know how it will affect our careers. Some think that it may boost our energy to make our teaching better, whereas some worry that it can become a crisis and cause some teachers performing not so well as the victim of the operating system.
